The fish as a trademark and symbol for the new Neckar Park in Plochingen.
A forgotten and noisy residual landscape was returned to the citizens.
The park is bordered by an artificial channel to the traffic roads and
thereby forms a new "island" as a special feature of the place.
The Neckar received a new bank for
dynamic self-development by withdrawing the flood embankment.
