The so-called model structure of the maintenance concept, which was first established as a framework for historical gardens within the framework of a DBU model project on maintenance management for parks and gardens*, was tested for its practical suitability in an exchange with the partners in Lithuania and applied in the development of the maintenance concepts for the four historical parks of the project with the participation of the participants in the training of the ESF project. The aim of the intensive cooperation between the landscape architects and the training participants is to provide insights into the development and structure of the maintenance concepts in order to be able to achieve professional handling in daily application.
