The outstanding element on the Regional Park Route from Lörzweiler to Nierstein is the Königsstuhl. The old field name "Auf dem Königsstuhl" is considered to be a reference to the fact that on September 8, 1024, the Salian Konrad II was elected German king in the Lörzweiler district. Today, the Königsstuhl is, among other things, the venue of the Lörzweiler Wine Festival. In the landscape however only a text plate at a erratic block reminds of the historical meaning.
About an impulse project the king's chair is to experience a formative revaluation, which becomes fair its meaning as historical event place in addition, the today's use as rest and festival place and view point. With its historical significance, this site can also be used as an open-air classroom for schools, so that history lessons can be taught here in a lively way.

The Zöllerkreuz was donated by a Laubenheim citizen as a memorial for peace. Due to bush encroachment, lack of maintenance and accessibility, the place currently has a low quality of stay and attraction. It is planned to bring the Zöllerkreuz back into focus by creating visual axes and thus create an attractive place to stay along the Erich Koch Höhenweg by creating a square with seating and plantings.

As a special attraction along the route, an optical telegraph from the Napoleonic era is to be reinterpreted at a historical location on the "Napoleonshöhe" in the Sprendlingen district. Optical telegraphs were developed in 1792 by the French engineer Claude Chappe as a telecommunications system. The telegraphs consisted of a high tower on which rotating pointer beams were mounted. This allowed messages to be transmitted from tower to tower over long distances by means of coded optical signs. In 1813 Napoleon had a telegraph line of 22 stations built between Mainz and Metz.
In Rheinhessen are 4 locations of this old telegraph line. The historic site on the high point near Sprendlingen with a remarkable distant view was selected as the impulse project. The construction of a tower is proposed, which serves both as a vantage point, as well as historical background and functionality of the Napoleonic telegraph line documented.

A birdwatching point is proposed as an impulse project at the former Eleven Thousand Maidens Mill, on the edge of the 'Im Mayen' nature reserve. The proposal is part of the projected outdoor classroom to be built against the backdrop of the mill's restored gate. Here, topics of local and regional history as well as natural history topics (watercourse restoration, wetland habitats) can be taught.

The Rochusberg is a well-known and centuries-old place of pilgrimage and site of the annual petition procession since the plague epidemic in 1666. To upgrade the quality of stay and the open space, it is necessary to reorganize and equalize the existing uses. In addition to the upgrading of the surroundings of the Rochus Chapel, the creation of a vantage point with a view of the Rhine at Kempter Eck and the construction of a landscape swing are planned.
