Around the representative and offensively futuristic new construction of a residential building with a law firm, the task was to harmonize modern requirements with the local flair of the villa district. Height differences of up to 3 m are absorbed by specially manufactured precast concrete elements in a warm sand colour. The fence base of the same materiality continues a typical motif of local building elements with its fine fluting. Existing natural stone walls and terraces show a related colouring. Steps and pavements made of white Rauris quartzite set strongly contrasting accents.

The existing, locally typical pines, rhododendrons and yews are complemented by a new planting of deciduous azaleas and robust shade perennials. The slopes of the front garden are covered by a flat carpet of leaves, the entrances are accentuated by umbrella-shaped flowering dogwoods and rock pears. Around the underground car park, strong-growing woody plants (Castanea sativa, Sorbaria sorbifolia) serve as privacy screens and fall protection.
