An existing office complex is supplemented by new office and development buildings; the new buildings take up the building lines of the existing buildings.
The public street space is characterized by tall trees that follow the property line. Along the buildings, striking hedge "commodes" set spatial and design accents. The inner courtyard is characterised by linear structural and vegetative elements: generous paving in rows/strips, counters for breaks and work discussions, extensive perennial and grass plantings and a group of trees as a spatial focal point.
