The residential development in Siemensstraße in Fellbach-Schmiden is being realized as a new residential concept with the motto "Living for All". The 64 residential units will be located in four building sections with associated underground parking. The outdoor space consists of three green courtyards, which result from the building cubature and a play and recreation axis in the northern area.
The courtyards are provided with generous edged tree fields in each of which multi-stemmed aralia, vinegar trees and rock pears are located as tree bouqet. In the tree quarters, which are planted with ground cover, wooden seating areas are placed at the ends, inviting people to sit down and relax. The transition areas from private to public are formed with grasses, hedges, perennials as well as shrubs.
The northern axis of stay is divided into a play area covered with awnings and a communication area with fixed furniture and covered by mustard trees. The openings from the underground parking garage below is made as a wooden deck for free use. In total, there are three of these wooden decks in the outdoor facilities.
