The focus of the office lies in the design of play spaces.

We support daycare centers and schools on their way to a natural, lively and educational open space from the initial idea through all planning phases of the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) to the implementation of the project.

In addition to the classic construction management, we also grab ourselves and organize and lead construction activities under the direction of the institution. This not only saves costs, but also promotes social interaction among those involved.

In addition to playroom design, we are of course also available for the planning of private and public green spaces. The wishes and needs of the future users are always the focus, because it is you who should later feel comfortable in their garden!

Information and training events according to your needs:
Motivational lectures, team training for all those involved in planning
Lending of materials for user participation (photo exhibition, literature)

Planning
User participation in planning (e.g.. in the form of planning workshops with team and parents, model construction with children), if desired
Preparation of all necessary planning documents from the inventory to the execution plan
Cost calculation, tendering and participation in the award
(all planning services in accordance with the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers - HOAI)

Implementation
Construction management of the project / supervision of the services of participating companies
Organization and guidance of self-construction activities
Support in the maintenance of the completed site.
