GTL Landscape Architecture has many years of experience in the planning and implementation of complex and large-scale landscapes. Numerous award-winning competition entries and international experience in project realization set standards here.
Our planning services cover the entire spectrum of open space planning, from urban development planning, prestigious outdoor facilities on administrative buildings and residential environment improvements in large housing estates to the design of inner-city projects such as pedestrian zones and town squares. The development of furniture for public spaces also ensures the quality of the planning in detail.
A not inconsiderable proportion of the commissions are the result of successful participation in competitions, also in cooperation with architects, traffic planners, designers and other specialist planners.
The focus of our work is the development of functional and spatially complex solutions in close coordination with our clients.
We have experience in managing and organizing large contracts and can implement a high level of transparency and cost certainty for our clients, even in the case of multi-phase construction measures or large infrastructure projects.
In addition to pure project planning, we are also regularly involved in urban development projects in an advisory capacity. Planning for urban development, science and university locations as well as infrastructure measures and various science locations have been carried out for municipal and state-level clients.
We design products for outdoor spaces in cooperation with manufacturers. The development takes place in early design phases from design to series production. The attention to detail in the implementation was underlined by the recognition of the INNO 2009 - Concrete Block Award for large-format floor slabs.
The projects are examined and implemented in advance in terms of sustainable product use and implementation strategy.
