The company premises in Schweinfurt are easily accessible via Parisstraße to the north-east and Brüsselstraße to the south-west in the "Maintal" business park. A necessary fire department access road is located on Europa-Allee to the south-east. It is to be developed in accordance with the recommendations for the construction of access roads.

Employees will find sufficient parking spaces on the ecological parking lots. These concrete block paved surfaces filled with chippings in the joints ensure a high level of water drainage.

In contrast, all access roads to the site consist of closed asphalt paving.

The surface water that accumulates seeps away into designated troughs and trenches or, in the event of heavy rainfall, into a cistern on the company premises. This cistern is located between the administration building and the production hall. It consists of 2 tanks, each with a capacity of 30 m³.

The lawns are sown with landscape turf, so that a diverse herbaceous vegetation with a rich variety of small animals is gradually developing.

In view of the value of the two administrative buildings, the main entrance creates a representative, inviting entrance situation. On the one hand, the pathway with concrete block paving points to the administrative entrance, and on the other, the quiet entrance area surrounded by low hedges attracts the attention of visitors. The ground plan results from the composition of several geometric shapes, with the triangular edges breaking up the lawn and the straight lines of the squares emphasizing the formal character of the buildings.

The green areas to the south-east of the administration building were planted with shrubs and grasses.

Drought-resistant, loosely arranged grasses structure the open spaces with coarse gravel and boulders along the opposite administration building.

Surrounding framing solitary tall trees form a space-creating element in the western area of the garden. Climbing plants and deciduous trees such as Norway maple, wild cherry and ornamental apple create an interplay of light and shade. Combined with a free-growing hedge and an approximately 1.80 m high lattice fence, the result is a shielding, "green privacy wall" that forms the end of the property.

A framework planting consisting mainly of native deciduous trees such as Norway maple, field maple, ash, English oak, wild cherry and small-leaved lime, with a low-growing underplanting of flowering and fruit-bearing native shrubs, encloses the company premises and integrates the entire site into the surrounding landscape.

In accordance with the recommendations for facilities for stationary traffic, there is usually a large-crowned deciduous tree after every fifth parking space.

Parking facilities for bicycles and motorcycles are provided in the eastern area of the site.

Extensive green roofs on the flat roofs between the administration buildings help to improve the microclimate. Low, drought-resistant perennials and grasses are planted here.

The two atrium courtyards are enhanced with suitable green foliage plants for interior spaces.
