New senior center Rottendorf

The "Am Dreschplatz" senior center, located in the heart of the Rottendorf community, offers barrier-free living for the older generation.



The building complex is accessed via paved footpaths and driveways. Planting islands with ground cover and solitary tall trees divide the parking spaces.



In the entrance area, a ramp construction for wheelchair users and people with walking aids leads to the day care terrace.
Above the underground car park, a large terrace with a planted raised bed forms the focal point in the inner courtyard between the building complexes.

Spiral hedges were planned as a design separation. A shady chestnut tree forms a solitary frame for the inner courtyard.



A footpath runs around the building complex with seating and trees and shrubs appropriate to the location.



The gravel area with shrubs and grasses offers residents and visitors an eye-catcher in the entrance area in front of the day care facility.




The entire roof area of the senior center was extensively planted.
