Redesign of the Theaterplatz and new construction of a partial rendezvous stop for city buses with special consideration of the valuable listed buildings, the adjacent art-historically significant square sequence as well as the load capacity of the natural stone floor for heavy traffic. The rearrangement of the city ground increases the quality of stay, the functionality and the attractiveness of the theatre square, which is heavily frequented by traffic, for theatre visitors, passengers, pedestrians and cyclists in the sense of an urban and representative, inner-city meeting area.
