State Garden Show on the site between the old town and the Friedberger Ach
Wall gardens surround the core of the old town as a dense, intensively used band.
The Kaisergäßchen widens out as a footpath connection to the Anger.
Cross paths connect the old town and Wallgärten and lead further into the residential areas, to the school and along the green belt of the Friedberger Ach into the countryside. Castle and Wallschanze break through the garden band as special attractions.
Themed gardens such as the perennial garden and the play garden are integrated into the band of private gardens. At the castle, a new forecourt, a castle garden with perennial fields and a pond with a floating
wooden deck as a meeting point are being created.
