The aim of the design was to enhance the open space situation ecologically and creatively with a selected landscape architectural repertoire, taking the existing stock as the essential quality.
In the courtyards, the basic structures of the open-air site can still be read. The historical documents also provided many clues to the original substance. In the renovation of the path areas, we were able to combine historical use with modern material requirements and ecological objectives such as the use of rainwater.
The front garden welcomes residents and passing walkers with its evergreen shrub volume and a perennial band with flowering aspects that change throughout the year.
The front garden is bordered by a low clinker wall.
