Since 2009, together with skate-aid and its activists, we have been supporting David Wichera during his voluntary social year, which he spent at the Imani orphanage in Nairobi. In addition to him, we support the local skate scene in the form of the registered non-governmental organization "Skateboarding Society of Kenya" in the form of donations in kind.

In August 2010, the Shangilia association contacted us and told us about its plans. Shangilia currently offers 199 street children a home in a children's home. It provides them with an education and a decent life. The children's home is located on the outskirts of Nairobi (Kenya) in the Kangemi slum. The children's self-confidence is carefully rebuilt primarily through acrobatics, music and sport.

However, the need for accommodation for children who have been cast out of society is constantly increasing. That is why Shangilia has started building a new children's home with an integrated school. The aid organization "Cap Anamur" has already purchased the land. The German initiative "Ein Herz für Kinder" is covering the costs of building the school.

The first Kenyan skate park was completed at the end of September 2013. Like our other facilities, the park will be multifunctional.

A basketball court will be connected to the park.
