An office world for 7000 employees on a greenfield site, this is the new construction of a complete small town.

The design envisions Infineon's working world as a spacious campus complex. The urban planning order deliberately dispenses with a large-scale building structure and, with the "modular villa" type, is based on the scale of human experience in the urban fabric: House, square, street, alley, courtyard and park.

The outer, naturally designed water ring around this office city serves as a climate buffer that effectively reduces the temperature peaks in summer, in addition to its high aesthetic appeal. In the run-up to the development, a 20-hectare park was created outside the pond, which serves as a recreational area for the neighboring residential population and Infineon employees.
