The stone piazza will become the public focal point of a new office city. Two areas are provided for taking a break in the fresh air: the outdoor seating around the kiosk-café or the benches in the light shade of the tree block.
Fountains installed flush with the ground change in height and the color of their lighting. Two water lily pools in a carpet of grass form the basic pattern on the garden parterre. A pergola above a wooden deck by the water basin and a grid of shrub roses create a finely tuned height gradation and spatial differentiation.
The garden parterre is spatially delimited by the fruit trees planted irregularly right up to the edge in the "Park of Remembrance". They take up the typical elements of the natural landscape and form a fragrant transition to the landscape.
