The expansion of the clinic with two extensions initially eliminated numerous visitor parking spaces, for which a permanent replacement was created at the edge of the park. The access to the main entrance was designed as a generously perceived plaza area with limited access for taxis and disabled visitors.
The relocated emergency entrance is accessed via an asphalt driveway. An intensively landscaped open space was created on the basement area of the now abandoned acceptance, which leads to the improvement of the microclimatic situation. In order to meet fire safety requirements, the fire brigade bypass in the area of the park was supplemented, the café terrace created there was redesigned and the seating areas in the greenery, which were getting on in years, were given a contemporary form.
The addition of a radiology department to the building will create further parking areas on the south side and recreational zones in the open space.
