The open space of the structured office high-rise (Tektonik Architekten, Frankfurt) forms a neighbourhood square in front of the green Westend.
In the courtyards, it was possible to combine density of use and quality of stay under demanding static conditions.
The spatial structures lead from the symmetry of the building into the irregularity of the old tree population and the path relationships. Hard pavement contours excitingly overlay the plantings, which respond in a differentiated manner to the locations and their atmosphere. Four terraces with different planting concepts were designed on and around the building.
