The historic villa building receives a modern garden design, which creates individual garden spaces of different uses by tracing clear structures and a lively use of plants.
A small pond in front of the house with extensive perennial planting, a spacious wooden terrace with seating areas adjacent to the house, a pool integrated into the terrace with a roof structure, an open lawn for sports activities and a small herb garden are linked by recurring, natural materials of the path paving and boundaries as well as by an exciting perennial, grass and shrub planting. Existing large shrubs are combined expressively with numerous perennials and grasses so that a wide variety of flowering and structural aspects enrich the picture throughout the year.
The result is a cosy and individually experienceable garden atmosphere with timelessly designed and lively places.
