The listed old people's home 'Alfons-Hoffmann' in Munich-Laim was demolished and rebuilt as a nursing home on part of the site. In the course of these construction measures, the park of the old people's home was also redesigned and made accessible to the public as a green space. The extensive design stands out. The existing pond was completely redesigned. This includes the sealing, the design of the banks and the adjacent areas, the hydraulic engineering installation with groundwater well and outlet into the groundwater and the feed via an existing listed figure.
