The garden plot of a young family is located in Innerstädtischer location a green courtyard and extends over the entire house width of 13m in a length of about 33m. The planning proposal divides the garden into three interconnecting areas with different characters.

The garden courtyard. An urban courtyard garden directly adjoins the house. The area is paved with large-format slab bands of greywacke, which can be driven over. The courtyard is enclosed by garden walls and wooden slat fences. A high lavender hedge and box-shaped plane trees separate the courtyard area, which is sunny in the morning, from the lawn. A Judas tree stands in a square planting area in front of the staircase to the 1st floor. A bench set into the wall can be quickly supplemented with a table and garden chairs to create an outdoor breakfast spot. The garden courtyard has a Mediterranean and rather formal character. The Play Garden. At the center of the property, the centerpiece is the play garden. An open lawn area is stocked with a large swing and a play tower with slide. A large "children's bed" for raspberries, sunflowers or even a small apple tree is planned on the west side. Grasses, ornamental leeks and spring bloomers line the lawn as a band on the east side. There is also a bench set into the wall here as permanent garden furniture. The play garden has an open and cheerful feel. Along the grass bed, stone thresholds flush with the lawn lead from the garden courtyard to the third garden area, the "evening garden". The Evening Garden. The rear garden only receives sunlight in the evening. Here the second somewhat raised terrace of greywacke lies in front of and under trees, bordered by the garden lounge and the fountain opposite. A band of tall grasses borders the play garden to the seating area. The modern wall fountain and a water basin at seating height create a tranquil atmosphere. To the south, a shade garden of rhododendrons, ferns, grasses and boulders forms the conclusion. The three garden rooms offer places to feel good at any time of day or year.
