The three residential courtyards will receive a new pavement made of pavers. The warm colors, the narrow format and the laying pattern create a pleasant atmosphere.
The pavement extends as a unified pavement over all three courtyards. Only the passageways are accentuated with a different color. In addition to these aesthetic reasons, the new pavement also has functional advantages. At 5cm thick, it is somewhat smaller than the existing paving, thus creating much-needed room for gradients. Furthermore, the chosen herringbone bond is the best laying method to avoid shifting of the paving.
The second defining element will be raised beds. These are also uniform in all 3 courtyards; however, their size increases from the First to the Third courtyard. The color is coordinated with the dark red facade elements.
