Hansaplatz Inner courtyard modernisation of a residential complex in Hamburg St. Georg

In the run-up to the redesign of the inner courtyard, the tenants were consulted by the cooperative's social management team in order to base the redesign on the broadest possible consensus. The input, ranging from tenant beds to contemporary play areas to plaza and lounge areas for different age groups, was brought together in a design that was then adopted in the further participation process.
The result is a spacious courtyard area with clearly defined play areas, expansive lawns and various lounge areas that are available to tenants for a variety of uses.
