In the north of Dresden, a new medical center for the supply of general practitioners and specialists and physician-related services has been developed since 2014.
On a former commercial site, which was freed from contamination with environmentally hazardous substances and redeveloped in the post-reunification years, a multi-storey, U-shaped building with underground parking was erected, which enjoys optimal site conditions due to its direct connection to public transport and the location adjacent to residential quarters.
Thanks to the adapted construction method and the integration of the building into the existing structure, it was possible to preserve valuable trees on the property. In the central courtyard, an over 150-year-old oak tree dominates the view of the building. Open spaces with a high quality of stay and attractive design integrate the complex into the surroundings.
