With the intensive participation of the residents, we were able to further develop this overgrown construction gap into a generous, light play and green area.
The area was massively thinned out and divided into three differently designed sub-areas, connected by a curved paved path.
It was important to the residents to preserve the "Montekaro" - freed from the undergrowth, it is located in the rear area of the property and now serves as a play hill and lawn. An open space and movement area with a grand surface adjoins the mound, as does the mound, which is equipped with boulders and wooden ceilings for sitting, lying and climbing.
An intensively designed play area with an individually designed tree house as a trademark of the facility closes off the area towards Glashüttenstraße.
