At the Achter de Weiden stadium of Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld, the existing natural grass pitch was converted into a synthetic turf pitch filled with cork and sand. For this purpose, a six-mast floodlighting system with 200 lux, which can also be switched to 75 lux for half the field at a time, was installed. In the course of this, a storage room with integrated kiosk was clad as a steel frame construction, built with HPL panels and provided with an extensive green roof. In addition, parts of the synthetic surfaces of the running track and the segment areas were renewed. The sports areas are mainly used by the club Blau-Weiß 96 and the adjacent school.
