The private garden became a new staging of a city pearl. The starting point was a spacious villa property from 1896 in the west of Hamburg, which had lost its address due to the division in the 1960s. There were two focal points in the design: the new creation of the address via the 'Pfeifenstiel' and the new staging of the villa garden.
The driveway was emphasized with cut linden fans along the driveway. The transition from public to private was given a setting by creating a 'space threshold' using hedges. The use of used natural stone materials in a generous bond rounds off the ensemble. The garden backdrop was created by elaborate planting of white-flowered rhododendrons with an extensive herbaceous foreground.
