German Order School Lauchheim

An overall concept was developed for the aging outdoor facilities of the Deutschorden School in Lauchheim. During a timber construction workshop, the first impulses for the redesign were set.

In 2018, a total of 4 play and recreation areas were created in three days as part of a wood construction workshop under the direction of the company "Gemeinsam Gestalten" and together with volunteers from the Apex Tool Group Gmbh, parents, teachers and students.
A low ropes course and a tree house with further climbing possibilities were created in the schoolyard of the primary school. For the older pupils of the secondary school, a wooden platform and a Lümmelbank were built under existing trees.
In addition, a net play equipment was created in an embankment area, above the main entrance, that is used for climbing and chilling.
