Lübeck villa garden

On the elongated waterfront property, the newly built villa is located on a slope. The hillside location is characteristic of the loft-style building and the prestigious garden.

At street level, one reaches the house through the front garden on "rough" granite slabs and under a roof of trimmed plane trees. From the gallery inside the building, the path leads down to the light-flooded living area, which continues consistently in the garden with a generous wooden deck. There, the view, captured by tall trees full of tension, opens up into the depths of the room to the Wakenitz and far beyond.

A special detail is the staircase on the north side of the building with the wooden deck embedded in it on the intermediate landing. In the middle of it stand two beautiful ornamental cherries and delight the residents especially with their splendour of flowers in spring and the colourful leaf colouring in autumn.

A harmoniously coordinated composition of specimen shrubs, perennials, grasses and bulbous plants follows the course of the year and always offers something worth seeing and marvelling at in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
