Pankratiusstrasse Children's and Youth Center

Eigenbetrieb Immobilienmanagement Darmstadt has built a 2-storey children's and youth center with a kindergarten in Darmstadt's Martinsviertel on Pankratiusstrasse. The open spaces of the facility are divided into two areas:

The second area is the building connections on the first floor, which are mainly made of concrete paving and small basalt paving. In the south, a height difference between the existing square and the new building is organized by retaining walls and stairs. A lower terrace is created in front of the entrance to the youth center, which is accessible via a staircase and ramp.
