Kita Wichtelburg

On behalf of the municipality of Wöllstadt, a new single-storey, 5-group day care center for approx. 95 children was built in the Ober-Wöllstadt district. The building adapts to the height of the plot. In the western part of the property there are 2 tree courtyards and the atrium of the main entrance to the KITA.
The group rooms are located in the eastern part of the plot, which are extended into the open space with wooden terraces.

The different height differences of the building are reflected in the terraces.

The play areas, designed as islands in the garden, are edged with natural stone bands and accommodate the play equipment. The large arched path spans a bobby car route between the northern and southern terraces and connects the play areas with each other.
