The city of Hilpoltstein renovates and adds to the former district court of the residence Hilpoltstein. The Office for Culture and Tourism and the City Library will move in as new users.
The conversion created the opportunity in the old town area to create a public space with a unique character. At the same time, the renewal of the old town core was also continued and, among other things, the adjacent Johann-Friedrich-Strasse was redesigned.
With the redevelopment of the part of the Residenzensemble owned by the city, the Residenzhof is given a new emphasis. The backwardness and dissection will be eliminated. A coherent green courtyard for events, lingering and contemplation is created, which is atmospherically illuminated in the evening by indirect light sources.
