The site is divided into two open spaces and usage zones, the area around the new medical center and the open spaces adjacent to the new Montessori daycare building.
The rear open space is planted with a grid of ornamental fruit trees in the style of the meadow orchard that was created on the site in the past. The meadow of the landscaped property merges here into the undeveloped area in the northern part of the overall property.
