The inner courtyard is framed by a four- and five-storey residential development with a single-storey underground garage in the form of two angular buildings. Access is via Julius-Brecht-Straße and a generous connection in the direction of the Püttkuhl green space. The centerpiece of the inner courtyard is a grove with a playground that rises out of the surrounding lawn and planting area. This area will be planted with medium-sized deciduous trees, pines and shrubs. The embankment areas will be extensively planted as a framework for the play areas with sand play and wooden climbing sculptures. The private garden areas are bordered with hedges and ground-covering planting.
