The framework of the open spaces is based on the grid of the functionality of the existing architecture. The rectangular surfaces of the driveway and the staff terrace mirror the grid of the façade.
The contrast to the severity of the building's exterior grid is formed by the variety of colors and textures of the interior spaces with round planting islands in the driveway and the staff terrace. The calm asphalt surface of the driveway is broken up by a uniform grid of circles of polished asphalt.
