The Maybach Quartiere new-build project in Stuttgart's Feuerbach district involves the construction of around 120 high-quality rental apartments. The architecture is characterized by a bright, clear design language and great attention to detail. The concept is rounded off by modern fittings, sustainable energy-efficient construction and a green oasis in the attractively designed inner courtyard. All apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows. The high quality of the fixtures and fittings continues with real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating, spacious modern bathrooms with floor-level showers and designer fittings. The clear room heights are approx. 2.60 m and, together with the high-quality "open" fitted kitchens, create a prestigious living environment. All residential units have spacious balconies, terraces and/or gardens. A variety of different apartment sizes and concepts have been realized and a day care centre has been integrated on the second floor. The Maybach Quartiers therefore appeal to households with double incomes, singles and families with children.
In line with the target group, an open space was created that maximizes the intimacy of the users. Hedges and angled walls separate the private space from the shared open space with a large children's adventure area with a wooden play tower.
With the image of a green oasis, numerous large trees and shrubs were used in the covered inner courtyard. Many berry-bearing shrubs and fruit-bearing trees were planted to allow nature to be experienced directly.
