band are combined. The necessary parking and access zones are arranged parallel to the street in a space-saving manner in front of the tree grove. The spacious terrace forms the central element within the building ensemble and forms the transition between the grove of trees and the open multifunctional areas, as well as the spatial unity with the airport grounds. The open grassland area serves as a multifunctional open space that makes it possible to accommodate and individually distribute all uses, such as a campground, sports and water.
