The ensemble of buildings is embedded in the narrow valley as a single-storey development. To the north, it leans linearly against the ridge and opens up to the south along Mühlenstrasse, accompanied by the Sperrlutter, the course of the stream, which is being removed from its piping and renaturalized in the western half of the site. Visitors enter the central square in front of the slightly recessed casino with the main entrance via a bridge. The path runs along the Sperrlutter. At the rear of the buildings, the transition to the mountain slopes is intercepted by retaining walls made of gabions.
