After merging two plots, a spacious garden was created for the main house.
The existing outdoor facilities were supplemented and partially adapted to the renovation. In the new garden area, there is a spacious lawn area framed by lush screening planting with large trees and shrubs.
In the north-east of the property, there is also a garden pavilion adjoined by a natural swimming pond.
The adjacent historic city wall was renovated and retaining walls were built to even out the topography. Shrub planting and natural stone paving adorn the garden.
