Restoration of the lower parterre of the castle garden in Weilburg
The complex, laid out in the style of the baroque garden, according to Georg Potente, was adapted to the needs of today in the course of a comprehensive renovation. The pavement surfaces and path edgings were renewed. The lawn ornaments received steel edging. The areas between the lawn ornaments were covered with Carrara marble chippings.
In the course of the measure, a lighting concept with ground spotlights and pre-fittings for path lighting was implemented.
