Mobilbaumensa for the school on the Pürschweg in Bremen

The primary school on Pürschweg in Bremen Lüssum-Bockhorn needed a canteen for all-day operation from spring 2020. Additional classrooms were also required for the expansion of the school to four classes. Until the existing building was restructured, a mobile construction solution was to provide short-term relief. The mobile building with the cafeteria was to be built first on a practice area no longer used for traffic education of children on the western part of the school property, and next to it the outdoor facilities with an installation area for the classroom wing planned for later, as well as a fire brigade access road and garbage house. The buildings and the paved areas were to be integrated carefully and with minimal effort into the existing trees and shrubs. The resource-saving reuse of the 50-year-old clinker paving saved costs and at the same time achieved an aesthetically valuable solution. The refectory was occupied in March 2020. Until the additional classrooms are built, the parking area will be used by the teaching staff.
