Think green and act economically. We create values that pay off for people and the environment. Each project fulfils in its own way for clients and users the Mehr.Wert.Grün.
has been working for numerous public and private clients since 1992. As a team, we at Henningsen Landscape Architects plan and implement challenging projects with economic, ecological and user-specific concerns in mind.
The hallmark of our working method is integrated solutions that result from interdisciplinary cooperation with architects, specialist engineers, planning authorities, users and other project participants.
In addition to various competition successes, several realized open spaces have been recognized with awards.
Since 2018, Eva Zerjatke and Knut Honsell together with the long-time owner Jens Henningsen are joint partners*in the office
- Green Economy
Technically and economically optimal construction methods and controllability of follow-up costs for maintenance and care. We have cost-related and construction standards as well as a well-trained network of experts. We accompany projects from the idea through implementation to maintenance. We examine feasibility and ensure economic viability at all stages.
- Implementing Garden Heritage Preservation
Preserving and further developing our cultural heritage through knowledge of historical building culture and social contexts. Sensitive and safe translation into the contemporary context. We are planning mediators between monument preservation, building owners and users. We take care of the structural implementation in a permanently effective form.
- Contemporary open space planning
Every design of city and landscape is an expression of its time. We create open spaces for people of today, taking into account the site and its history. We meet the changing needs of users and developers within the current technical and legal frameworks.
