Prof. Schmid I Treiber I Partner Landscape Architecture - Environmental Planning

Prof. Schmid I Treiber I Partner has been a comprehensive contact partner for all tasks of open space design, landscape planning and conceptual planning for 50 years. Many projects are the result of competition successes.
The main focus of Prof. Schmid I Treiber I Partner in landscape architecture is on inner-city open space planning for local redevelopment, traffic calming, square and street space design, design of public green spaces (play, sports, cemetery, park) as well as on open space design for industry and residential construction. All phases of planning, tendering and site management, including safety and health coordination (SiGeKo), form the service spectrum of the office.

In environmental and landscape planning, the ecological contributions to urban land use planning form a focal point of work with municipal landscape and green space planning, including impact compensation balancing, establishment and management of eco-accounts, environmental and FFH compatibility studies and habitat potential analyses. Landscape conservation plans and implementation plans are drawn up for intervention projects and environmental construction supervision is carried out. Water development planning as well as maintenance and development planning are further fields of work in environmental planning.

In the field of conceptual planning, urban development concepts, strategic planning, feasibility studies and expert opinions, e.g. for applications for state garden shows and leisure projects are prepared.

In addition, the office organizes, coordinates and accompanies the implementation of competitions for public and private clients.

Staff

Das Büroteam setzt sich aus drei Büroinhabern, Prof. Arno Sighart Schmid als Beirat und 12 fest angestellten Mitarbeitern/-innen mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsschwerpunkten zusammen. Alle Fachkräfte besitzen Diplom-, Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss einer Hochschule. Neun Mitarbeiter sind zudem in der Architektenkammer als Landschaftsarchitekten eingetragen.
