Hochenecker Neckar bank - Uferwiesen II - Reconstruction of the jetty

The landing stage for passenger boats in Ludwigsburg-Hoheneck was redesigned by the City of Ludwigsburg to enhance the experience of the water and the quality of stay.
The extensive construction project 'Uferwiesen II' is being implemented in several construction phases. At the same time as the redesign of the jetty with a variety of recreational facilities, the park avenue to the Hoheneck spa was redesigned in 2020/2021. In a later construction phase, a near-natural shore bay is to be created downstream of the jetty. For this purpose, the hard-built bank of the navigation channel will be broken up and moved backwards. The existing revetment of armourstones will be replaced by shallow, gravelly underwater embankments.
