After just two years of planning and implementation, Germany's largest "open-air shopping center" opened in Bochum on 04.11.2015, offering a completely new experience.
In addition to the complete renewal of the natural stone surfaces in an elaborate radial pattern, the outdoor furniture was completely renewed and underlined with numerous high-quality planting beds. The surrounding large parking areas with 4,800 parking spaces have also undergone an extensive facelift with new marking concepts, orientation systems and a complete renewal of the lighting system.
