The six buildings will have a connecting outdoor space. This is implemented with the help of the central square in the middle of the complex. This space serves as a meeting point, a place to linger and an entrance point to the residential complex.
The design with the help of three identity-creating trees supports this function.
Adjacent to this square are the communal inner courtyards. These are subdivided into a play and picnic area and lawns. The inner courtyards thus offer an interesting open space for different age groups and mix the respective leisure areas with each other.
