The 2,800 m² site is located about 11 km east of Dresden city center directly on the slopes of the Elbe and develops over 30 meters in altitude down into the Dresden Elbe Valley. The combination of tamed and untamed nature, as well as the linking of existing, historical elements with modern, simple implants were in the foreground of the design on the steep slope.
The terraced plateaus with different functions, sliding into the slope, are connected by staircases and join in simple elegance to a modern garden complex.
