The office quarter on Domagkstraße in Munich comprises three construction phases, all of which are to meet the highest environmental requirements of LEED certification. DOM 1 achieved the world's highest score for LEED Platinum in 2013. Strict criteria also had to be met in the design of the open spaces (choice of materials, proof of origin, colour scheme, ecological proof, soil and waste management, choice of plants, sustainable maintenance concept).
