The area was designed around a well from Roman times. The well, which was only recently discovered, had survived the passage of time in a field. Connected to the route network of the RhineMain Regional Park, the well was made accessible. A new path now leads from the route to a triangular site within sight of the ground monument. The well has been bricked up and covered with a metal grate. The building where the well used to be has been marked with red and white wooden poles. Red and white were the colours of the Romans, and also the colours of the town of Kelsterbach.
