The roof terrace of the institute building was a special feature in the planning and execution of the outdoor facilities. The institute also has a reading deck and a WPC terrace for the cafeteria. Towards the neighbouring property, the terrain is intercepted by a gabion retaining wall. The solitary shrubs on the roof, a yew hedge as an enclosure and an extensive perennial planting are the green eye-catchers of the project.
